Product Description

INDRON^® TSTN elastic-plastic alloy has the advantages of low friction and wear both in clear water or water containing much mud and sand, which is more durable than ordinary metallic and non-metallic main-shaft sealing materials. Sizes are customizable for your unit so that material cost is lower and delivery lead time is shorter.

• Integrated with lubricating material to reduce wear and tear of anti-wear plate and water leakage.
• Natural dry lubrication and water lubrication do not pollute the water source and will not easily burn out even in transitory operations with insufficient water, which has greatly improving operational reliability.
• Its PV value measured under the condition of water lubrication is much higher than that of most slide bearing materials (19.75 MPa x 5.15m/s = 101.3MPa·m/s).

Applied to water pump bearings,marine bearings and hydro bearings.
